This little group of rooms are three original pajeros which are attached to each other and could potentially be transformed into a cute house. They have their own path down the garden and away from the two main houses, so they have a good degree of privacy but still have a totally amazing view over the sea and across the ravine to the little village of El Tablado and the forest foothills above.
The Garden Cottage is on the upper level with outside steps down to the Store Room which is underneath the cottage.
Attached to the Store room and at the same level is the Stable Room.
Both the Garden Cottage and the Stable Room have their own patios.
The Garden Cottage is a great place for family or friends who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the country. Although it's not super-big, it has the important facilities of a cottage and maybe even more important, it gives family their own space.
The Cottage has a double bed, hanging space for clothes, a dining table and chairs, kitchenette with a two-ring hob, under-counter fridge freezer and sink. It also has shower and toilet.
Stable Room
The Stable Room doesn't have animals any more but what it does have is a range of possibilities for its use!
It's excellent when used as an office as it's quiet and without distraction apart from the view. And even more importantly, it has very good internet connection, there's ample electricity for computer appliances and for making coffee too!
But the possibilities don't stop there as it's also a calm environment and can be used as a yoga studio, music room, artist studio or a spare bedroom.
The Stable Room has its own adjacent shower, toilet and washbasin so if you have come in from the garden or from sunbathing on the patio, you can use the facilities without having to return to the main house.
